YayLo had built a strong local reputation as a fully gluten-free café with a loyal customer base, but they needed more people through the door.
 

Their online presence wasn’t reflecting the same quality as the in-store experience, and after a quieter period on social media, they needed a clearer strategy to attract new customers, not just existing ones.

A key goal was expanding beyond the gluten-free community and reaching a wider audience, including the health-conscious and fitness market through more high-protein focused offerings, while still keeping the brand rooted in what made people love it in the first place.

THE IMPACT

We became YayLo’s marketing partner, creating a more strategic and joined-up approach to social media with a strong focus on visibility, discovery, and footfall.

The focus was on helping the online presence match the quality of the food and customer experience in person.
 

Within the first two months, the account regained momentum with stronger reach, generating 12K views, and reaching 1,652 new accounts. Reels accounted for 55.4% of all interactions, proving the value of video-first content for hospitality brands.
 

The account has also so far gained 51 new followers, nearly 2% audience growth, while rebuilding a stronger, more relevant local audience and creating content designed to turn visibility into real customers through the door.
